How It Started

How It Started

Next Level Mind didn’t begin as a company. It started with two friends holding each other accountable, making sure we followed through on what we said we would do. There was no big plan at first, it was just us writing down our future vision and what we really wanted our dream life’s to look like. Of course, that included the financial side with career, money, lifestyle, where we wanted to live, and what that would look like etc. But it also went deeper, how we wanted to act as men, how we wanted to be remembered, the kind of role models we wanted to be for our friends and families, our health, our values, and the standards we wanted to live by.

With that vision defined, it was time to look at the difference between that vision and where we were at the time. To look at the gap between that dream and the reality, and figure out how to close it. We established long-term goals, broke them into milestones, and created weekly commitments that kept us moving toward the bigger picture. We invited more men to follow the same system and commit to weekly meetings, where I always made them present what they had done the previous week and what they were committing to next.

From there, it grew into a group of men who shared the same desire, to stop making excuses and go after the life they truly wanted. Over time, that group evolved into a bigger community, into professional coaching, and into a space where progress was mandatory, where wins and struggles could be shared, and where support and accountability turned ambition into action.

What began as two accountability partners has grown into what Next Level Mind is today, an international network of men committed to living at a higher standard, and a coaching company based in Dubai.

Who I Am

Who I Am

I’m Marcus Olsson, the founder of Next Level Mind. I grew up in Sweden, and I’m 38 years old. I’ve lived in Sweden, Spain, Los Angeles, Thailand, and Dubai, and I’ve run several companies in those places. My path hasn’t always been straight or smooth, I’ve built things up, lost them, and started over again more than once. I’ve made more mistakes than I can count, and I’m grateful for every one of them.

No matter where I’ve lived, I’ve always been obsessed with growth, structure, and self-improvement. I love training, staying healthy, and pushing myself physically and mentally because I believe discipline in one area of life transfers to all others. But above everything, I believe mindset is the core. That everything starts with your mind and your thoughts, the way you think shapes the way you feel, the way you act, and ultimately, the life you create. If you can control your mind, you can control your life.

I believe in doing what you say, standing by your word, and showing up even when it’s uncomfortable. I believe in taking ownership of your actions, both the good and the bad. And I believe in constantly raising your standards, not just to achieve more, but to become more. I believe in extreme ownership, honesty, and integrity, and that it has to begin with yourself.

I also believe the life you want doesn’t happen by accident. With average effort, you get average results and with clarity, consistency, and relentless action, you can build the life you actually want to live.

What Next Level Mind Is

My ambition with Next Level Mind has always been to create more than just coaching. I wanted it to be a place where men don’t have to walk the path alone, where they can raise their standards, stay accountable, and be pushed to become the men they truly want to be.

So much of self-development talks about cutting out the wrong people in your life, the losers who hold you back, reinforce bad habits, and normalize that it’s okay to live a life you’re not happy with. And don’t get me wrong, I’m the first to say that’s true. But what those books don’t always tell you is that once you cut those people out, you often end up walking a lonely path. While that can be healthy for a while, I know what it feels like to be in that position. You can still have friends and family around you, but they don’t always understand your ambition. They can’t relate to the late nights, the sacrifices, or the weight of responsibility that comes with trying to build something bigger. They won’t always push you when you start slipping or challenge you when you’re not living up to your potential. Instead, they tell you that you’re good enough as you are, that you should be satisfied with what you already have. And while their love and intentions are real, it leaves you with the same problem, you still feel alone in your pursuit, and deep down you know you’re meant for more.

My hope is that Next Level Mind becomes that missing piece, the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. The community connects like-minded men who understand what it means to keep moving forward, a place where wins and struggles are shared, and where support and accountability make progress non-negotiable.

My coaching is about being the person in your corner when you need it most, the one who helps you create structure and clarity to define exactly what you want, why it matters, and how to get there. I’ll simplify the noise and keep you focused on what truly moves the needle. I’ll hold you to your word, keep you on track, and make sure you execute. When things get hard, I’ll help you stay disciplined, organized, and focused. When you lose perspective, I’ll help you find it again. And when you doubt yourself, I’ll remind you who you really are and why you’re doing this.

At the heart of it all, Next Level Mind is built on ownership. The life you live today is the result of the choices you made yesterday and if you want a different life, it starts with making different choices. It all begins in your mind, and it’s entirely up to you. Only you can decide to become more.

Whether you’re part of the community or working one-on-one, the goal remains the same, to help you move forward with clarity, live with purpose, and build a life you’re truly proud of.
